The above price quoted includes VAT, return postage either by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Interlink Courier (depending on your location), parts and labour. We also offer a queue jump option which will mean your tablet is repaired and returned on the very same day we receive it.

If you have selected the option to be sent a box with prepaid special delivery postage this will be dispatched to you by 1st class post and typically will reach you within 1-3 working days. When this is delivered simply place your device in the box ensuring its properly sealed and then take to your local post office who will give your proof of postage, this will then be delivered to us on the following working day.
