How long do repairs take?

Once we receive your device repairs typically are completed within 24 hours but we always aim to complete them on the same day. 

Exceptions to this are water damage or diagnostics repairs which can take several days to repair.

 

Do I get a warranty or guarantee?

All our repairs come with a 12 month warranty on replacement parts fitted.

 

What do I need to send to you?

If your device has a removable battery we need this, but you can keep your sim card and charger.

Please also include a copy of your order confirmation or name and order number then we can match your device to your online repair order.

 

Do you need my password?

For repairs such as screen or battery repairs for example we do not need your password, if the repair is for an earpiece or microphone we do need access to your phone to test properly. If you would rather not provide your password then please reset your device to factory defaults before sending to us.

 

Can I bring my device to you?

Yes you can bring your phone or tablet to us during normal working hours which are Monday-Friday 10am-5pm. We are located at:

Will my device be safe with you?

We are a VAT registered UK limited company (No.5190474) and have been successfully repairing phones and tablets for several years. You can read our feedback on independent feedback site trustpilot to get a feel for how we operate and the quality of our repairs.

Will I loose any data stored on my device?

We do not normally wipe data during a repair however certain repairs do require phones or tablets to be reset to default settings, so we alway recommend backing up any important data before sending your device to us. If you have any questions to if your data will be lost during a repair please contact us.
