The above price quoted includes VAT, return postage either by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Interlink Courier (depending on your location), parts and labour.

How it Works

Simply select the repair that you need, if you are unsure please either call us on 0845 094 0110 or email us at support@getitrepaired.co.uk and we will advise you on the repair needed.

Next proceed through the checkout procedure which will register your repair with us and reserve the stock for your repair.

Finally you will need to post your device to us at:

If you have selected the option to be sent a box with prepaid special delivery postage this will be dispatched to you by 1st class post and typically will reach you within 1-3 working days. When this is delivered simply place your device in the box ensuring its properly sealed and then take to your local post office who will give your proof of postage, this will then be delivered to us on the following working day.

Samsung S5 LCD and External Screen Repair Replacement.

If your S5 LCD is smashed, or not working then you will need the complete LCD and External screen repair - its an expensive repair but it will have your phone looking like new in no time. If you need you Samsung S5's LCD replacing then please select the above repair.

Samsung S5 Charging Port Repair Replacement.

If your Samsung S5 will not longer charge, or the charger has to be held in at a cetain angle for it to charge then the charging port will be damaged and need replacing. Charging port failures are very common and you can normally see damage to the port if you look into the socket or the charging lead feels very loose in the socket. If you need your S5 charging port repairing then please select the above option.

Samsung S5 Power Button Repair Replacement.

If the power button on your S5 is no longer working or its working intermittently then you need the internal switch replacing, Please select the S4 power button repair above.

Samsung S5 Earpeice Repair Replacement.

If you are struggling to hear people on calls or you can not hear them at all (but you can hear them clearly on loudspeaker) then the earpiece will need replacing on your S5. If you need a replacement earpeice fitting then please select the above option.

Samsung S5 Head Phone Socket Replacement.

If your Galaxy S5 is no longer playing audio when you insert your headphones or the audio is crackly then the headphone socket will need replacing. Please select the Samsung Galaxy S5 Headphone socket repair option above.

Samsung S5 Water Damage Diagnostics.

if you have dropped your S5 in water and it no longer works our diagnostics service will strip the phone down and see if it can be repaired. We have a 75% success rate with water damaged phones so there is a good chance we can repair your phone. We charge £15.00 for diagnostics which includes our time to check over the phone and your return postage should the phone not be repairable or you do not wish to proceed with our quote. If you do decide to go ahead with our quote then the £15.00 will be deducted of the total cost of the repair. 

Samsung S5 Fault Diagnostics.

If you are unsure what the fault is with your S5, for example it will not turn on then select the fault diagnostics option above, once we have received your device we will test and give you a quote for repair. The £15.00 diagnostics fee covers your return postage and our time to test and check over the device, if you decide not to proceed with our quotation or the device is not repairable then no further charge will be payable. If you do decide to go ahead with the repair then the £15.00 charge will be deducted from the price quoted.
