If you have selected the option to be sent a box with prepaid special delivery postage this will be dispatched to you by 1st class post and typically will reach you within 1-3 working days. When this is delivered simply place your device in the box ensuring its properly sealed and then take to your local post office who will give your proof of postage, this will then be delivered to us on the following working day.

If your Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 external screen is cracked or smashed then you will need our repair to replace the digitizer, simply select the Samsung Tab external screen repair option from the above menu.
