Get it Repaired Ltd offer a full range of repairs for the Google Nexus 7 (2nd Generation). All our repairs come with a 12 month warranty and we aim to complete all repairs within 24 hours of receiving your device.

The above price quoted includes VAT, return postage either by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Interlink Courier (depending on your location), parts and labour. We also offer a queue jump option which will mean your tablet is repaired and returned on the very same day we receive it.

How it Works

Simply select the repair that you need, if you are unsure please either call us on 0845 094 0110 or email us at support@getitrepaired.co.uk and we will advise you on the repair needed.

Next proceed through the checkout procedure which will register your repair with us and reserve the stock for your repair.

If you have selected the option to be sent a box with prepaid special delivery postage this will be dispatched to you by 1st class post and typically will reach you within 1-3 working days. When this is delivered simply place your device in the box ensuring its properly sealed and then take to your local post office who will give your proof of postage, this will then be delivered to us on the following working day.

Nexus 7 (2nd Gen) Screen Repair Replacement.

If your Nexus 7 external screen or LCD is cracked, or no longer displaying a clear image then your will need to select the Nexus 7 Screen LCD/External screen repair option above.

Nexus 7 (2nd Gen) Charging Port Repair Replacement.

If your Nexus 7 will no longer charge, or the charging lead has to be held in at a certain angle for the tablet to charge then you will need to select the Nexus 7 charging port repair option above.

Nexus 7 (2nd Gen) Fault Diagnostics Repair.

If you are unsure what the fault is with your Nexus 7, for example it will not turn on then select the fault diagnostics option above, once we have received your device we will test and give you a quote for repair. The £15.00 diagnostics fee covers your return postage and our time to test and check over the device, if you decide not to proceed with our quotation or the device is not repairable then no further charge will be payable. If you do decide to go ahead with the repair then the £15.00 charge will be deducted from the price quoted. Please note, due to the amount of time it takes to diagnose some faults we cannot guarantee to complete on the same day if you choose the queue jump option.

Nexus 7 (2nd Gen) Boot Fault Diagnostics

If your Nexus 7 will no longer boot past the Nexus or Google logo and just seems to get stuck then you could either have a software fault or complete logic board failure. We will need to test your Nexus before we are able to quote fully for repair, however as a general guide if the software fault can be fixed it will typically cost between £30-£40 on top of the £15.00 diagnostics fee. If you need a new logic board, then the price will depend on the memory size and if its a WIFI or 3G version, but for the lowest memoy option it would be £80 on top of the diagnotics fee. In all cases your data will be lost and it can take several days for us to diagnose these types of faults.
