Get it Repaired Ltd offer a full range of repairs for the Google LG Nexus 4 (E960) Mobile Phone. All our repairs come with a 12 month warranty and we aim to complete all repairs within 24 hours of receiving your device.

The above price quoted includes VAT, return postage either by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Interlink Courier (depending on your location), parts and labour. We also offer a queue jump option which will mean your phone is repaired and returned on the very same day we receive it.

How it Works

Simply select the repair that you need, if you are unsure please either call us on 0845 094 0110 or email us at support@getitrepaired.co.uk and we will advise you on the repair needed.

Next proceed through the checkout procedure which will register your repair with us and reserve the stock for your repair.

Finally you will need to post your device to us at:

If you have selected the option to be sent a box with prepaid special delivery postage this will be dispatched to you by 1st class post and typically will reach you within 1-3 working days. When this is delivered simply place your device in the box ensuring its properly sealed and then take to your local post office who will give your proof of postage, this will then be delivered to us on the following working day.

Nexus 4 Screen Repair Replacement.

If you’re Nexus 4 external screen or LCD is cracked, or no longer displaying a clear image then your will need to select the Nexus 4 Screen LCD/External screen repair option above.

Nexus 4 Charging Port Repair Replacement.

If your Nexus 4 will no longer charge, or the charging lead has to be held in at a certain angle for the phone to charge then you will need to select the Nexus 4 charging port repair option above.

Nexus 4 Rear Case Repair Replacement.

If your Nexus 4 Rear Case is smashed or damaged then your will need to select the Nexus 4 rear case repair option above. 

Nexus 4 Headphone Socket Repair Replacement.

If you only get audio from 1 headphone, or the audio quality is crackly and poor or there is no audio at all when inserting your headphones then you will need to have the headphone socket on your Nexus 4 replaced.

Nexus 4 Battery Repair Replacement.

If your Nexus 4 is no longer holding a charge and the battery is draining very quickly then you will need a new battery fitting. Its normal for mobile phone batterys to lose performance over time & replacing it will have your phone working like new again in no time.

Nexus 4 Earpiece Repair Replacement.

If your Nexus 4 earpiece audio quality is low, or of poor quality then you will need the internal earpiece replacing.

Nexus 4 Microphone Repair Replacement.

If people can not hear you on calls, but they can when you put the phone on loudspeaker then you will need your microphone replacing. Please select the nexus 4 microphone repair from the above menu.

Nexus 4 Fault Diagnostics.

If you are unsure what the fault is with your Nexus 4 mobile phone, for example it will not turn on, or there is a fault that doesnt match any of the above repair options then select the fault diagnostics option above, once we have received your device we will test and give you a quote for repair. The £15.00 diagnostics fee covers your return postage and our time to test and check over the device, if you decide not to proceed with our quotation or the device is not repairable then no further charge will be payable. If you do decide to go ahead with the repair then the £15.00 charge will be deducted from the price quoted.

Nexus 4 Water Damage Diagnostics.

if you have dropped your Nexus 4 in water and it no longer works our diagnostics service will strip the phone down and see if it can be repaired. We have a 75% success rate with water damaged phones so there is a good chance we can repair your phone. We charge £15.00 for diagnostics which includes our time to check over the phone and your return postage should the phone not be repairable or you do not wish to proceed with our quote. If you do decide to go ahead with our quote then the £15.00 will be deducted of the total cost of the repair.
