If you would rather pay for your repair on completion rather than in advance please fill out your mobile phone brand, make and repair above and we will send you out a box with prepaid special delivery.
How it Works
1) Let us know your mobile phone brand, model and repair required - Please give as much information as possible on the fault or repair required.
2) Add the product to you’re shopping cart and proceed through the checkout.
3) You will then receive an email confirming your repair order.
4) We will then post you out, 1st class, a mail in pack which contains a box to package your phone in and a prepaid special delivery envelope which you will need to hand in at your local post office who will then give you a postage receipt containing your tracking number. It’s very important you hand the package in at the post office otherwise you will have no proof of posting and no insurance.
5) We will then receive your phone on the next working day, assess it and send you a quotation by email for the cost of repair. Once we get your approval the repair work will be done and we will then call you for payment.
6) Once we have received payment your phone will be sent back to you on a next working day service.
FAQ
Q: How long will it take to receive my mail in box?
A: We post out mail in boxes by 1st class post on the same day for orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday. It will then typically take 1-3 working days for the package to reach you.
Q: How do I know how much my repair will cost?
A: You can navigate to the repair page of your mobile phone for a list of prices for each repair, if your phone is not listed or you can not find your repair then please email us at support@getitrepaired.co.uk or call us on 01706 452909 for a quote.
Q: What if I decided not to proceed with the repair after receiving your quote?
A: If you do not wish to proceed with the repair then there will just be a return postage charge of £12.00 payable.
Q: How long will the repair take?
A: Once we have received your acceptance of our quote the repair will normally be completed within 24 hours, if the repair is for a brand or model of phone not listed on our website then we will most likely need to order parts which will typically take 2-3 days.
