Get it Repaired Ltd offer a full range of repairs for the LG G2 (D802) Mobile Phone. All our repairs come with a 12 month warranty and we aim to complete all repairs within 24 hours of receiving your device.

The above price quoted includes VAT, return postage either by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Interlink Courier (depending on your location), parts and labour.

How it Works

Simply select the repair that you need, if you are unsure please either call us on 0845 094 0110 or email us at support@getitrepaired.co.uk and we will advise you on the repair needed.

Next proceed through the checkout procedure which will register your repair with us and reserve the stock for your repair.

Finally you will need to post your device to us at:

If you have selected the option to be sent a box with prepaid special delivery postage this will be dispatched to you by 1st class post and typically will reach you within 1-3 working days. When this is delivered simply place your device in the box ensuring its properly sealed and then take to your local post office who will give your proof of postage, this will then be delivered to us on the following working day.

LG G2 LCD and External Screen Repair Replacement.

If your LG G2 external screen or LCD has smashed or is not displaying correctly then you need this repair, with the LG G2 the external screen, digitizer and LCD are all bonded together meaning the complete unit has to be changed. If your LG G2 has this fault then please select from the above menu.

LG G2 Charging Port Repair Replacement.

If your LG G2 will not longer charge, or the charger has to be held in at a cetain angle for it to charge then the charging port will be damaged and need replacing. Charging port failures are very common and you can normally see damage internally if you look into the socket or the charging lead feels very loose in the socket. If you need your LG G2 charging port repairing then please select the above option.

LG G2 Microphone Repair Replacement.

If people can no longer hear you on calls, but you can hear them then the microphone will need replacing on your G2. You may also have problems where people can only hear you quietly or the sound quality is poor or muffled, again this is down to a microphone failure and it will need replacing. You can select the repair from the above menu.

LG G2 Earpeice Repair Replacement.

If you are struggling to hear people on calls or you can not hear them at all (but you can hear them clearly on loudspeaker) then the earpiece will need replacing on your LG G2. If you need a replacement earpeice fitting then please select the above option.

LG G2 Fault Diagnostics.

If you are unsure what the fault is with your LG G2 mobile phone, for example it will not turn on, or there is a fault that doesnt match any of the above repair options then select the fault diagnostics option above, once we have received your device we will test and give you a quote for repair. The £15.00 diagnostics fee covers your return postage and our time to test and check over the device, if you decide not to proceed with our quotation or the device is not repairable then no further charge will be payable. If you do decide to go ahead with the repair then the £15.00 charge will be deducted from the price quoted.

LG G2 Water Damage Diagnostics.

if you have dropped your LG G2 in water and it no longer works our diagnostics service will strip the phone down and see if it can be repaired. We have a 75% success rate with water damaged phones so there is a good chance we can repair your phone. We charge £15.00 for diagnostics which includes our time to check over the phone and your return postage should the phone not be repairable or you do not wish to proceed with our quote. If you do decide to go ahead with our quote then the £15.00 will be deducted of the total cost of the repair
