If you have selected the option to be sent a box with prepaid special delivery postage this will be dispatched to you by 1st class post and typically will reach you within 1-3 working days. When this is delivered simply place your device in the box ensuring its properly sealed and then take to your local post office who will give your proof of postage, this will then be delivered to us on the following working day.

Blackberry Bold 9780 Screen Repair Replacement.

We charge £15.00 for diagnostics which includes our time to check over the phone and your return postage should the phone not be repairable or you do not wish to proceed with our quote. If you do decide to go ahead with our quote then the £15.00 will be deducted of the total cost of the repair.
