What happens once I place an order for repair?

Once we have received your device we aim to complete all repairs within 24 hours and then will return your device by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

How it Works

If you have a Apple device that needs repairing and you would like us to collect it, repair it and drop it back off with you then firstly please give us a call or drop us an email with your full address. We will then be able to give a a price for the repair, collection and delivery.

You can use the below prices as a rough guide, actual price depends on exact postcode. (Prices include collection and drop off).

We always aim to collect, repair and return your device within 24 hours but this always depends on the drivers route, current workload and complexity of the repair. We will however be able to give you a time scale when you book the repair in with us for collection.

Collections and deliveries run Monday to Friday from 8am-8pm typically.

How the service works example

(1) You contact us on Monday afternoon with a iPhone 4s damaged screen.

(2) We then book the driver to collect the phone at 9am Tuesday morning.

(3) Upon receiving the phone at our Rossendale Address we will carry out the repair and call you to arrange a convenient delivery time and take payment.

(4) The phone will then be delivered back to you Tuesday Afternoon fully repaired with a 6 months warranty.
