The solution is simple, go through the checkout service with this service (only pay a return postage cost of £8.99) which registers your repair with us, next send us your phone and we will perform a FREE no obligation professional diagnosis of all faults for you. We will then contact you via email with the work required and cost. If you choose not to have your phone repaired then we will send your phone back.

Disclaimer - We will do our best to try everything for your device possible. We guarantee that the device will either be fully functional or functional upon the replacement of the requested damaged parts. On rare occasions the device will not be repairable, in which case you will not be charged for the service. In this instance postage charges will still be charged to return the device to you. It may take extra days to run tests and complete depending on the severity of the damage. We are not guaranteeing a next day repair service on fault diagnosis devices, as often time does not allow. Our intention is to repair the device on the same day as it was received but in some cases it is not possible. iPhone fault diagnosis service could take up to 5 – 10 working days depending on the extent of the damage and the repairs necessary.

How it Works

If you have a Apple device that needs repairing and you would like us to collect it, repair it and drop it back off with you then firstly please give us a call or drop us an email with your full address. We will then be able to give a a price for the repair, collection and delivery.

You can use the below prices as a rough guide, actual price depends on exact postcode. (Prices include collection and drop off).

We always aim to collect, repair and return your device within 24 hours but this always depends on the drivers route, current workload and complexity of the repair. We will however be able to give you a time scale when you book the repair in with us for collection.

Collections and deliveries run Monday to Friday from 8am-8pm typically.

How the service works example

(1) You contact us on Monday afternoon with a iPhone 4s damaged screen.

(2) We then book the driver to collect the phone at 9am Tuesday morning.

(3) Upon receiving the phone at our Rossendale Address we will carry out the repair and call you to arrange a convenient delivery time and take payment.

(4) The phone will then be delivered back to you Tuesday Afternoon fully repaired with a 6 months warranty.
