More detail on how our repair services work:
1 - Place the repair order online or download our repair request form
Chose the repair service that best matches your devices fault, If you’re not sure what the issue is then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the problem and we will get back to you with what the issue is likely to be. You can also just simply select the fault diagnostics service and we will give you a quote when we receive your device.
If you would prefare to send us your iPhone, iPad or iPod without prepaying online then you can Download our Repair Request Form fill out your details and then post it with your device to us, ensuring you send it via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
2 - You post your iPhone, iPad or iPod to us
Next you need to post your device to us, it's very important you include your contact details and your order number then we can match your device to your order placed online. If you have not booked your repair online, please ensure you include repair request from with your device.
When posting your order to us we recommend that you protect your device with plenty of bubble wrap and send in a box to give maximum protection. We also recommend sending from the Post Office using Royal Mail Special Delivery which will ensure your device is insured against loss or damage and will arrive with us on the next working day.
Once we receive your iPhone, iPad or iPod we will test it and make sure the faults match the ordered service. You order status will also be updated to show you that we have received your device.
3 - Repairs Start
Once we have tested your device and the fault matches the service you originally ordered we will start the repair, if we find that additional or different work is required we will contact you via email for your approval. Your order status will also be updated to reflect this, so it's important to login to your account regularly to check everything is OK. We will not start any extra work without your written authorisation to do so; if you do not wish to go ahead with any part of the repair then your device will be returned to you with just a charge for return P+P (£7.99) and for any repairs already paid for this will be refunded via your original payment method.
4 - iPhone, iPad or iPod Repair Completed
One of our experienced technicians will carry out the repair on your device to the highest standard. Repairs are carried out on a first come first served basis, so the quicker you get your device to us after placing your order the quicker it will be ready to send back to you.
5 - iPhone, iPod or iPad Testing
After your device has been repaired it goes through testing by the technician who repaired it and then a different member of staff. We use a different member of staff for testing so that each repair is tested by two different people. This ensures we have a 0% returns rate on all our repairs.
6 - Device Returned
Once your iPod, iPhone or iPad has gone through all the above steps it is ready for posting back to you. It will be carefully packaged and returned to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery and will be fully insured against any damage or loss in the post. You will receive an email with confirmation of dispatch and your Royal Mail tracking number. You will then receive the device back the very next working day before 1pm.
7 - 6 Month Warranty Begins
From the day you receive your device back our 6 Month warranty begins, this covers any faults that develop with any components fitted during the repair.
It's a simple as that - we aim to carry out all repairs within 24 hours, but usually work is completed on the same day.
