How Fast Will I Get My iPhone, iPad or iPod Back

Once we receive your iPod, iPad or iPhone we aim to repair it within 24 hours, normally repairs are done on the same day we receive your device but this can vary depending on our work load and the type of repair.

Does your work come with a warranty/guarantee?

All of our repairs come with a 6 Month guarantee on the parts used and workmanship.

Do you use official Apple parts?

Apple are the only people who have access to their own branded parts, so the short answer is no. However the parts we get from our suppliers come from China, from the same manufacturers that supply Apple, we use OEM parts which are built to the same standards, specifications and look identical. We are confident in the quality of our parts and it is for that reason that we offer our 6 Month guarantee.

Can I drop off my iPhone, iPod or iPad, or wait for it to be repaired?

You can drop off your device for repair during our working hours (10am-5pm, Mon-Fri) at: Unit 3, Hugh Business Park, Rossendale, Lancashire, BB4 7BT.

How can I be sure my device will be safe with you?

We are a UK Limited company (No. 08205953) and have been successfully trading since 2008 from Unit 3, Hugh Business Park, Rossendale, Lancashire, BB4 7BT. We have our landland number and physical address clearly displayed on our site and you can even visit us! You will receive email notifications from the start to the finish of your repair, all devices are then posted back by Royal Mail Special Delivery and fully insured against any loss or damage.

How do I send my iPhone, iPod or iPad to you?

We recommend firstly wrapping your device in bubble wrap and placing in a strong box, you can never package your device too well!. Then the best way to post is from any Post Office using Royal Mail Special Delivery which will not only guarantee the device arrives with us the next working day before 1pm but gives you the peace of mind that your device is fully insured against damage/loss and is fully traceable through the postal system.

Will I loose any data stored on my device?

Whilst all of our repairs excluding software related and water damage repairs shouldn't cause any loss of data, we always recommend that you backup your device fully before sending it in as we cannot be held liable for any data loss suffered as a result of the repair – that said loss of data is very rare and there is no reason why this should happen on a normal repair.

What do I need to send with my device?

All we ask is you send in your device, unless we specifically say otherwise based on your individual case. You can keep your box, accessories, SIM card, charger, etc. If you would prefer to leave your SIM card inside as you can't find the removal tool we don't mind and this will be returned with your device when we post it back to you

How and when do I pay for my repair?

Payment is due before we post your device back to you. Most customers book their repairs online and make payment in advance, however this is not essential. Payment can be made after the repair is complete either by Credit/Debit card or Paypal.

I can’t remember my password…now what?

Simply go to the account login page and click on the ‘forgotten password’ link, enter your password and you will be emailed a new password.

How do I request a repair?

The easiest and quickest way to request a repair is through the website, but if you prefer you can call us on 0845 094 0110 and set this up by phone or even just download the repair request form and send this with your device.

Using an Offer Code

I have just got an offer code from your newsletter, how do I use it?

Easy, add what products you want to the shopping cart, go through the normal checkout procedure and you will be given the option of entering the code on the payment page.

Please Note: If you wish to pay by paypal, then you need to go through the checkout procedure on our site instead of hitting the paypal express link in the shopping cart.

How much will it cost me, and when will I get it?

Return delivery is included in our prices; we aim to complete all repairs within 24 hours of receiving the device. All devices are returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery which will ensure your device is fully insured against damage and loss and will be with you the next working day before 1pm.

My goods are faulty, what do I do?

All repairs undergo extensive testing before dispatch, but in the unlikely even you receive your device back and it is not functioning correctly then please email us as soon as possible and we will arrange for the device to be collected at our own expense for examination/repair.
